onkyo 605 set up

im trying to set up my 605 manual as ive just got a sound meter .ive done the distance of the speakers witch was pretty good anyway just the fronts a bit out.but when im runing the sound check what volume should i put it on to get the 75 db from each speaker.and is 6 ohm correct for mezzo alumni, combo.any other tips would be great ive got about an hour to do this before the kids get back.

ive got between 72 and 75 db ,

l front 75 db onk+10

r front 74.8 db onk+12

center 74.3 db onk+12

surr right 74.7 db onk+12

surr back right 73.0 db onk +12

surr back left 74.4 db onk +12

surr left 72.6 db onk +12

sub 72.7 db onk +12

volume is set to 65 on amp

this is very diffrent to the auto cal wich had some speakers set to -4 db .have i done sumthing wrong

what is the full band and hz setting for

when useing auto cal i get i high pitch tone but doing it in manual cal its a lower tone is this the correct mode to set up when im playing movie (i am legend bluray)the meter is going above 75 db is this correct.

just hit 90 db with movie using the same volume as i did to set speakers up with is this correct.
