I thought I'd share this review of a clearly superlative in-ear phone (not my review I may add) ...

Byexigyon 11 September 2017
Colour: BlackVerified Purchase
These headphones are out of control. As soon as I opened the box they beat the snot out of me, and started tearing up my furniture. They started shouting at people on the bus and swiping at pigeons that got too close while I walked to work. They glared at random coworkers until they brought in a cake for my birthday, which wasn't for another 6 months. These headphones bought drinks for everyone at the bar and got me laid.
Best headphones of my life.

Oh, my - I was confined to bed for 13 weeks, and now I'm up and running to the store.

I think they arrive Wednesday, and I'm looking forward to big time. And (!!!) I'm getting another IEM/earphone from Thinksound this week, which doubles the excitement level.

Quoting again, to make sure you see the premise here. This is one of the best-balanced IEMs I've heard out of the box (after a slight burn-in). I usually hear IEM's as slightly bright, where most full size seem slightly recessed in the lower treble, to my ears. But getting past the signature, the first thing I want to know is what qualities are under that signature - how detailed the bass, how smooth and detailed the treble etc. The qualities seem good, using the DragonFly Red DAC, or straight out of my iPad Pro/iPhone7. Which eartips you use makes the biggest difference. I like it!

I've been using some Sound Magic ones. Had some really crumby portable earphone type things for my Walkmans, minidisc and phones. Was really impressed with this type when they came out. It's not just the sound quality, it's that they don't continually fall out. Those ones of yours look quite long, if you know what I mean? Do they stay in ok?

The bullets do stay in well for me, but I recommend two clothing clips - not just one - because the cable can pull enough on the one clip when you move around, to dislodge an earpiece. The bullets look to me like they wouldn't reach the ear canals fully for people with bigger ears - i.e., more distance to the ear canals from the outside compared to average ears. They just fit me with no room to spare.

I started the thread jokingly but great if you like them Dale.

It will be fun to see how people like them. That, or my reputation (whatever....) will be in the toilet after I review them.
