No signal on ITV HD

For the last week or so iv'e had no signal on my itv hd channel, today i tried re-tuning my freesat tuner several times but no joy[:'(], i even swapped aerial cables with my humax foxsat still no joy[:'(], so i then decided to put it into shipping condition mode, after re-tuning all the channels again hey presto i got itv hd back again[😀].

anyone got any ideas what happened??? [*-)]

Again today i lost viera link & had to put the tv into shipping mode to resolve the problem, all sorted know but i think i will have to contact panasonic to see what the problem is.
