no channel 4 on my kuro media box

i got my pionner 600a about a week and when i tuned in the sat channels i found ch4hd but i cant get access ,retuned and still no joy.

any ideas guys ..

The short answer is 4 HD is an encrypted channel,so you wont be able to access it on your Kuro.
