new to home cinema.... need some advice on setting up.

Ive recently bought a new blu ray player, pioneer 320. everyone says how good the sound is and i want to know if thats from the hdmi output or via the analogue ouputs? im presuming the rcas are analogue?

basically my question is this, am i better off going straight from the pioneer to the nad amp with a pair of rcas or am i better going to the tv with hdmi. which i will obviously be doing anyway (i dont just want sound!) and taking the outputs on the t.v to the amp?

sorry if its a stupid question, its my first post!

I would certainly expect the direct route from the Pioneer to the NAD to sound better but just try it both ways and see what you prefer.
