New Sky HD Remote Not Working Right?

Just had to get a new sky hd remote and the volume button on my new sky hd remote won't work.

Any ideas?

You need to programme the Sky remote with the relevent brand/model code for it to contol the volume on your tv!

My new HD remote seems a lot slower to react than my Sky+ remote.
