New HiFi System Advice

Hiya,

I am looking to replace my Philips FW-R7 stereo which has lasted a fantastic 14 years! And would like recommendations/advice on what to buy next...

My wishlist of features include bluetooth connectivity, DAB radio, CD player and decent speakers as the Philips ones have been lovely. I have around £300 available to spend.

I have been looking at the Sony CMT-SBT100

Any help or advise will be much appreciated.

You could buy the new all in one Denon Ceol N9 with Dali Zensor 1 Speakers ( I have the Denon Ceol N8 with Dali Zensor 1 Speakers ), but it would cost you an extra £89, has bluetooth cd player and internet radio wi-fi and airplay etc, but no dab, sounds excellent really *smile*

(You could also look for the new Marantz MCR611 which has dab radio but is more expensive)

Internet radio is even better really. It looks really smart too, and even better to get the thumbs up on the sound quality *good*

Have you experienced any problems with the bluetooth connectivity? I bought a bluetooth device to connect to my current stereo but sometimes had interference.
