I’m about to re-decorate my lounge and want to replace my knackered Denon hifi and my 5 year old Sony surround sound. I have 500+ cd’s covering a range of music from classical to rock and also have some SACD discs that I would like to be able to use. I’ve been impressed with the Olive 4 and think a hard drive player would be the way to go although the Olive may be too expensive. I’d like to be able to use the same amp/speakers for both music and movies and to avoid clutter. I’m not a technophile so I want to avoid streaming. I also heard a demo of the Sonos 3 which I thought was poor as a music player so I want to avoid that. Any ideas ?
