Need Help! Going to but this week...40C750 or 42LX6900???

Hello,

I really need help on this one. For some strange reason i can´t find a review (of the LG ) or a test of this two sets. I think that they are perfect matches ( price and specs, ok the LG is LED but still..), but i can´t find which is best.

It will be most used for HD content and Gaming with occasional TV viewing. My main concern is the LCD on Samsung, will the LG LED be superior?? Features wise i think they match each other...

I plan on buying this next week, so any advice will be very appreciated!!

as you say there doesn't appear to be any reviews of the lg, so you really need to see it for yourself along with the samsung and make your own mind up which one you prefer..

for what its worth the samsung is very good imo, i demoed one and it was at least as good imo as the much pricier (at the time) sony 40hx803 that was next to it, with both 2d and 3d..

The big brother of this the 47" only got 3 stars, look for the review on here, not to say the smaller set will be 100% the same, but it is usually a good pointer, I believe the samsung is 5 star, well rated product, but as Max says, you really need to go and demo these yourself, as everyone is different.

Thanks a lot for your thougts. I haven't seen the 47" LG review.. Sorry! But know i am convinced to go and buy the Samsung. As a bonus it is 90? cheaper!
