Hello to the forum.
Long and complicated tale but need help to convert the wired speaker out on a Technics SU-Z45 amplifer to either RCA or a 3.5mm jack to connect bluetooth speakers.
The AMP has the following output spec: Power output: 35 watts per channel into 8Ω (stereo). Output: 150mV (line). Speaker load impedance: 4Ω to 16Ω
The bluetooth is to be connected from the AMP to a TaoTronics Portable Wireless Stereo Music Transmitter http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00Q2EGQQU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s0
This works absolutely fine from an old iPOD using the 3.5mm. Tried wiring the AMP direct but sound was awful and low, then tried a two channel high to low level line convertor which presents as RCA but have no sound at all.
I know the AMP is circa 1982 but it does work but there is no longer space for wired speakers.
Any help much appreciated.
