The sub on my KEF 2005.2 speaker system has died after 18 months of use. It is beyond economical repair, as the parts needed will have to be shipped to Saudi from the UK, and KEF speakers are no longer available here. Can anyone suggest a replacement from a different manufacturer? Decent hifi shops don't exist here, and makes seem to be limited to Yamaha, Bose, and Polk.
I tend to watch movies rather than listen to a lot of music. The speakers are connected to a pioneer DV366 DVD player, and a yamaha HTR 5830 receiver.
