does anyone know exactly what tweeter the Neat Iota speakers use?

It's a 2” inch vertical-planar magnetic-ribbon transducer. But I wondered if it's off the shelf or in house.

I've asked neat about buying a replacement but have had no reply

I have a damaged tweeter on my iotas I would like to replace.

cheers Rob.

Only Neat can provide the exact answer. I would not be surprised that it is "made to their specifications" so they control how much you pay for it and they are the sole source of it.

If you have a chance to find a model number, it could be this on or one of its variants:

I would suggest that you should go to your dealer and I'm sure they will order one for you as I doubt neat will deal with you directly....that's the route I went down when a little rascal stuck their finger in a b&w tweeter a while back
