I'm a little underwhelmed by the 'technology' section in the above. I was expecting to read something I wouldn't understand, but basically all they're saying is that the power supplies are big and they've put some bits of plastic (sorry, 'acrylic') between the different parts of the amps.

I've moved on to trying to work out why everything has to be mounted on leaf springs (lot's of projected sales in earthquake zones?) and what difference it makes to the signal if the wires are being passed through holes in an 'acrylic divide' rather than just the air inside the amp?

Does acrylic minimise electromagnetic radiation?

I simply cannot believe it gave Naim somewhere to stick some more lights in it.

I know, it must be quite galling to find that what you just bought as 'state of the art' is suddenly not, but can be improved beyond measure by spending more. Upgraditis is a terrible thing.
