Naim electronics & non-naim speakers NEAR BACK WALL

Hello all,

I have a nice Naim system (cd5x, 122x, 150x, fc2x) and currently use some Mission 782SE's.

My room is 6 x 4m and I need to put the speakers close (20cm) from the back wall to prevent folk walking into them!

I am thinking of changing the speakers and will audition the PMC GB1i and Neat Motive 2.

Anyone got these? I am interested in deeper bass extension than my Missions can produce. However, because its relatively close to the back wall these speakers need to still sound good.

Any comments or suggestions welcome.

Naim speakers work pretty well against the wall. Have you heard the allaes? Or a 2nd hand Ariva's? Nice system BTW.
