Hi,

I've just bought one of these amps on ebay and I'm quite pleased with it but I just wonder if it's normal to still hear sound coming from the speakers when I mute the amp from the remote.

Thanks,

Garry

didnt notice it on my 320bee, but it happens with my I-1. Only very faintly though.

Why would it happen to my NAD C320BEE and not to someone elses? I find when I have it on radio on mute, I can still make out what music is playing easily. It kind of bugs me.

I just bought the 326BEE and it happens on that as well. It seemed a bit weird but it's not really a big problem.

Hi Garry

It's not abnormal; IMO it's quite normal

It's happened on every NAD, Arcam and Rotel amp I've ever owned. Must admit it's not loud but still audible; more so when the rooms very quiet.

I'd just say turn your amp off instead of volume to zero or on mute.

Ok, thanks guys. That's put my mind at rest. I still find it a bit odd though lol
