i am looking for a speaker to fit a problem space. Its an inglenook fireplace and with the screen down i only have a space on the left handside of 350 x 350 mm but with a sofa very close by it needs to around 100 mm deep. i like the miller & kreisel 150 but they are a little to pricey for me. Running den 2930 + pio ax3 + infocus 7205. looking to upgrade amp after i find mystery speaker. hope this makes sense first time typing also first time computer + new to forums. i have mission m7ds rears which would fit and look the part but no good as fronts any thoughts many thanks

I'm lost too but OP suggests that the M7DS would fit the gap.

Those are HxWxD 23x36x10.5 cm

So I guess the important thing here is the depth? If that's the case you should probably look at NXT speakers, they're very slim but you'd have to trial them for audio quality.

Alternatively there's the B&W FPM2's. At 26x17x10 they would fit your space nicely. B&W are great speakers but not sure on this particular model. At around £250 a piece it's not a cheap solution.

I'm confused too. Can't you have the speaker behind the screen ?

im sorry your all getting lost,im totaly a virgin on these key board thingys i believe that m7ds speakers are bipolar (sound left to right) not forward for fronts. i would rather have them fixed to the wall, as when we have the fire lit . i can just pull the centre forward out of the way .with one of the settees next to one of the speaker placements i dont want them kicked to death. so fairly slim would help . i could fit sattelite speakers tho .but the room is about 8 mtr x 4.5 mtr .so i thought a conventonal size speaker would also give me a fuller sound . if i knew how to attach a picture this maybe of help .

is 4 words a minute good ?

someone keeps moveing the letters on my keypaaaaaad
