My system - Help!

Hi there!

I am trying to set up a surround system that will produce also a decent sound. So far I have: 1) Surround Amp Denon AVr 2808, 2) Power Amp Rotel RB-1070, 3) Blue Ray DVD player Sony BDP-S500, 4) Speakers BW CM7, CM centre, ASW 610, M1, 5) Speakers and Interconnects Audioquest.

I am not very thrilled with the sound of the system so far. I am thinking of bying Pre-amp and CD player. Any suggestions? Also, any proposals for change of the already existing components so I can achieve better sound?
