my new av system and sky

just built my first av system onkyo 606 and panasonic th46pz80 with kef 2005 its awsome with dvd just cant wait for the bluray (xmas pressie).my question is how best to connect my sky+? is it just scart to tv or can i connect through the onk being sky+ doesnt have hdmi. tips please?

scart straight to tv is the best your gonna get out of sky +

...plus an optical digital cable from Sky+ to the receiver for sound.
