Most Spotify Premium tracks are 160kbps not 320kbps

Here's an article claiming that most of Spotify Premium's tracks are only 160kbps and not high quality 320kbps. Is this really true? I'd be interested in hearing what you guys think about this.

Try listening to some random tracks and see if you can tell any difference in quality between Spotify Premium and Spotify Open. You can enable higher quality streaming by going to the preferences menu and clicking “Enable high bitrate”.

Hmm I think I was listening to Beach House - Teen Dream when I switched from Unlimited to premium and it seemed to me that there was greater scale and bass.
