Monitor Audio RSFX Speaker Stands

Hello All

I have 4 RSFX in a 7.1 set up. I have a new layout to my room now which means I need to have the 2 rear speakers on some suitable stands behind the sofa (nearest wall is 4m away). I have the side speakers at ear level and would like the rears at the same height approximately 1m high. Any ideas?

Do you have a budget in mind??

Do they need to be any particular style to match your decor i.e Wood, Meteal, certain colour??

Can you not put the rears on the wall?? I know it is 4m away but you should be able to calibrate the system again.

I agree. I've seem these on stands at a demo and IMO they look horrid.

Hey piobob i noticed you have the LX82 with monitor audio RX6
AV12, i've started my system with the RX6, plan on getting the complete
package in stages when the cash flow is coming in. I've considered the
LX82 and the Yamaha Z7 for AVR, just curious how does the MA RX6
pacakge sound with the pioneer avr. A few shop assitance have advised
me to steer clear of the pio, reasoning that they aren't a good match.
a little on the bright side. How ever im not a real fan of yamaha, and
the pio is much cheaper here in australia.

Hi All

The speakers are in Walnut, I have predominently a walnut, chrome and black glass "theme" to my room. I have them currently mounted in the wall but will be using the space for either a pool table or bar so would really prefer these on stands closer to the listening position. Budget is not really an issue, within reason. Hideous I definately do not want!

Any links to some suitable stands so I can view?
