Are these bookshelf speakers good?

Are these Mission speakers easy to match with equipment? Or any certain amps and CD players that have good synergy with them?

Yes, easy to match and have a relatively high sensitivity, 89dB IIRC.

For amplification they go well with Audiolab (which i know from experience), but also Cyrus, and have seen favourable comments when on the end of Rotel and Naim.

IMO the original 751s were the better of the two. I tried out the Freedoms at the end of last year when I came across a pair, but with my gear they didn't sing for me at all. I can see why they work well with Cyrus and Naim kit and you might, I expect, add Cambridge to that list too. They'll go with brighter leaning electronics, avoid warm stuff otherwise it'll all be a tad too cosy.
