Did a search and the first one I saw was £49 which, compared to some is cheap.
But would be cheaper still if you make your own.
Looks like it uses standard 3.5mm (slim bodied) mono jacks at the headphone end.
What I saw had a 4-pole 2.5mm jack at the amp end - but it will depend what you need - more likely XLR or Pentaconn. (The 4-pole XLR would be easiest to solder).
2x 2-core cable into the amp-end connector - sleeved halfway up to the 'Y' split, then off to each earcup.
Nicely flexible 2-core OFC cable is all you need.
All in, way less than that £49.
(Maybe even modify one of the £10-£12 (non-balanced) 'replacement cables' that are available).
Optimized structure, the best material, enhance signal transmission, maximize the potential of headphones. Compatible with subsequent 2.5mm BALANCED connector player. For 3.5mm and 4.4mm BALANCED player.

Although the Meze is not mentioned, there's sure to be an equivalent... They make cables with all sorts of connectors and the quality seems to be very good... Quick delivery as well...
