Me too - so definitely not.

And although not a hifi wigwammer - I did visit their Scalford show - enjoyed it very much - and it raised a lot of money for cancer research.

If they bore you etc just ignore them - you only make yourself look very silly by spouting on negatively about them.

Yes I'm not into being an audiophile 'bore' but hi fi lover, and much more above that a music lover, so that's where I come from. Cheers

Yes, I'd love to, QuestForThe13thNote. Next time I'm down south without the whole family in tow (no room in the car for them and my speakers).

I'd intend bringing the system I'm listening to now.

Marantz CD 48, Akai AA-8080, EV Sentry III. Total system cost to me: £750.

On looks your system blows mine out the water. For sound... ...hopefully you'd find it interesting. I'd find it interesting comparing my 1972 system against your 2015 system.

I'd pay to watch/listen to that

Off to bingo then

Nah, off to pick up the pension, followed by seeing the doctor about a dodgy hip, and finally pick up a bottle of sherry and a tin of cat food. Hopefulyl the Saga brochure will have arrived when I get back so I can choose a good holiday.

Wow, surprised by how many over 50s there are here, I thought it was only me (I am only just over 50 BTW) :)

This place is worse than The Night of the Living Dead. Do you think the forum could negotiate a Saga discount for its members?
