Mains cables for AV

Hi,

Can anyone recommend mains cables for my set up? I have a mixture of 3 way (earth) and two way (no earth), which were thin, freebies with my kit. I appreciate that they can interfere with signal cables. I am therefore after some better quality cables that will have less impact on signal cables when in close proximity (making the kit tidy!).

I also need a 4 way distribution block.

I haven't gave much thought to budget but don't want to spend too much.

ID strongly recommend ditching your freebie cables & opt for some decent ones, im useing russ andrews yellow & classic power cables & believe me they do make a difference i was very sceptical on this subject, not anymore.
