MA silver 8 vs B&W 683 S2

Just auditioned them both. But cannot make my mind up.

I also listened to a pair of Dali opticon 6, but imho they dont justify the extra ~260gbp from the MA silver 8s since i can get them for about 1100gbp atm.

Im not sure its a good idea to pair the warm 683 S2 with my old NAD amps.

If that's so, I'd suggest dragging the old NAD amps to the shop for a second audition. Wouldn't that resolve any doubts you might have?

not the first thing that pops into mind when you dont have a car and the amps weigh a couple tonnes tho lol
