LPCM 48

when playing blu rays on my sony strdh 810 amp it comes up as lpcm 48 not displaying true hd master audio , for some reason i cant correcet this also the digital display says the rears arent in operation . any tips please guys . im using a sony bdps370 blu ray player . thanks in advance .

You need to set the player to bitstream and turn any secondary audio options off. I think the setting is 'BD Mix' to off and HDMI 'Auto' on Sony.
