Loading music to PS3

When i am transferring music to the PS3 i am finding that not all the music is going to the artists folder, some is going to an unknown folder. I partly solved this issue by ensuring the artist name is installed in i-tunes but only about half went to the correct folder in the PS3, i think the issue is that when i look in the folders in the PC, the artists name is not shown on the screen, when i right click and go to summary there is no where to type in the artists name, does someone know how to get the summary box to show artist.

I'm sure the Prof would have been able to answer this easy Didn't take long for him to be missed!! ..hopefully someone else will help.

Agreed. However, JD and others should be able to answer questions on iTunes.

Have a look at the format of the ones going into the "unknown". If you're unable to enter an artist maybe the format doesn't support tags (e.g. wav files).

Never really listened to music through my PS3...
