LED TV - Image only, any available please advise

At the moment I have a TH-42PHD8 plama screen for a few years.

I wanted to change TV for a really good one, 55 inches or above but i was lokking to have one that gives me image only like mine, can anyone advise me?

I ask this cause i do not use the TV sound as I have 7.1 Surround

The reason i ask the questions about image only is that it could be more affordoble do buy a scrren taht just receives signal and do process image

cause thats the only thing i need.

I cannot comment about image retention in the Panasonic plasma (because my Kuro has none despite playing games for long hours), but plasmas are far superior for games due to low input lag and inherently better motion control without the need for artificial processing. Amongst LED lit LCD TVs, Sony has the best input lag and more suited for gaming. Check out the 50W829.
