just wached this film and really enjoyed it apart from it seemed to have sync issues.has any one else noticed this.

i tryed zombieland also and this seemed ok.

I watched this last week and had the same lip sync problem. It is annoying. I also had the same problem with the informant a few hours ago.

cheers guys,im kinda hoping its a bluray issue and not an equipment issue, cant belive a big release disc would have these problems and when you think most bluray owners are looking for good quality

Yes, the version I watched was out with the lip sync on my system but a simple adjustment to my receiver rectified this. Strange though on my system (Pioneer BDP-51FB and Yamaha DSP-AX763) I have to add a delay to the lip sync (think it's 100ms) on 99% of blu rays but with titles like the one aforementioned I have to reset the lip sync delay back to zero. So with my kit 99% of the blu-rays original lip sync is out, effectively!

could be a dodgy batch then,i dont have a problem with any other blurays ,dvd or sky.thats why i dont realy wanna mess with the settings as every thing else is ok

I watched it Thursday with no issues, apart from I dove behind the sofa a couple of times. Bit squemish.

Great film though.

im still behind the sofa after watching paranormal activity

really!i liked it.but then i liked avatar too.maybe because niether film was given much credit by the critics so i didnt expect much from them..

yeah im sure it does,.its just out of 101 blurays played so far i have had no issues until this one,if i change the settings just for this disc wouldnt that put all the rest out of sync.i no i could reset it after but surley that cant be right.

Try switching the receiver into Direct or Pure sound unless you have already tried it.

The lip sync problem most of the time, is related to the processing done by the receiver, which is why most receivers have lip sync adjusters.

I believe on the Onkyo 705 its called A/V Sync Adjustment or Lip Sync, thats all i can suggest is to play around with on the delay.
