I always thought that Quested make some very subtle and stylish 18" subwoofers which would fit in well with a living room decor.

Agreed: 10,000 euros is an awful lot of ... erm ... euros. Especially when you can buy a pair of Devialet Phantoms for £3000.

... from scratch, I would be very[/i] interested in these! Especially the 'bass trick' looks promising, compared to 'classic' room correction (where you get a flat response in the sweet spot, at the expense of an even more uneven sound in the rest of the room).
