Hello. First post, sorry for my english. I have a problem with that cd player. When I try to play audio CDs, I hear noises on high frequencies only, in all outputs (headphones and speakers). The sound when I use bluetooth streaming is perfect. I tried to change the laser ('cause at the beginning of the issues, it stops to read discs at all, even after I cleaned the lens), now it reads the CDs, but still have this ugly sound. Any advice? Thank you.

Mechanical noise from the CD mechanism has been an issue for some people on those Denon mini systems.
(I advised my brother to buy the predecessor M40 model.
I wish I hadn't - and so does he).

I know you said the noise is through the audio outputs - and not on Bluetooth - in which case a fault could well be on a PCB specific to CD replay.
(If you changed the laser yourself, you'll know there are several PCBs crammed into those little units).

Short of buying and trying PCBs, your best bet may be to get the unit in for diagnosis / repair.
Unfortunately, I've read a few accounts from users and a technician on another forum of various problems on the M41 - that lead me to question the overall reliability when compared to earlier, similarly well reviewed Denon M series minis.

Sorry to be somewhat negative.
I hope you manage to get it sorted out.
