I don't believe the manufacture of the OS should put the age check in place, it should be done by those that make the Apps.

If you want a phone that will protect a child ,its a good move from Apple my opinion.
Also a very clever marketing tool for Apple .

I believe it's a parents job to decide what is and isn't appropriate content for their kids to access.

A blanket ban imposed by a tech company is just a blunt tool that will lead to complacency and poor parenting that just puts kids at greater risk in my view

Also a very clever marketing tool for Apple .

Unfortunately that's all it is....
