iPad as remote control - what are the best apps

To consider ipad as an advanced remote, I am trying to look at the universal remote control apps available at the moment. What are they?

the only one I know is by RedEye. it seem OK but it it does not have screen customisation and also requires manual switching from the red eye app to apple remote app to control itunes.

Are there any with full screen customisation and with full itunes integration? Also, as the ipad does not have a built-in IR eye, what hardware addition each of these apps require (like the RedEye does)?

Have a look at Crestron, Savant and Control4 also make apps for the iPad.
