Instant Rega Love

Just fired up my new Rega DAC. Heard it in the store of course, but now it's connected to my own set. Amazing. Just amazing. I thought the Squeezebox had a reasonably well DAC, but this is just.... way better.Tight controlled bass. Better placement I think (can that happen with a DAC upgrade??!). But above all: fun. Just fun.

The misses likes it. She thinks it looks good 🙂

My dealer tries to get me to the store with my Marantz amp and Mission 752's as he's convinced that the Rega Brio R is better than the Marantz... I'll wait a few months. First thoroughly enjoying my Rega DAC!

Anyone wants to share his/her experiences with the DAC filters on the Rega?

and i hope you enjoy the performance of your Rega DAC for many years to come. Ime, i've found Filter 1 gives the best overall performance.

Btw, the Brio R is even more impressive then their DAC at the same price

The Rega DAC and the Brio R should work a treat with the 752's

I remember falling in love with my Rega RS1's. The Rega team really are doing things right!. :beer:
