Hi frogit.

Got a couple of friends with the Samsung. Nothing but good things to say about them, nice and slim, very pretty set.

Considering the 32 inch version of the sony for the bedroom, Sony build quality good looks, impressed with picture demos I've seen so far,( must admit to being a bit of a Sony fan boy though :)

Can't say I'm a big fan of plasma.

What surround sound, if any are you thinking of? From what I've read thin led tv's tend to suffer from poor sound. Don't think that will be a problem in my bedroom but may irritate in a living room.
