Low skilled people in great numbers are not needed by the system now in fact they are a burden to most governments and they don't have a clue what to do with them, their only funtion now is to consume copious amounts of unnecessary toxic junk to keep the global machine running and the top faceless people wealthy whilst destroying the planet in the process.
