How to plug my pin connector to NAD C 355 ?

Hi there,

I just have my NAD 355 and a pair of pin connectors. But I could not figure out how to plug the pin connector into NAD's outputs. The outputs can easily accept bare and spade wires, but there is a plastic bar inside the terminal. How can it be taken out?

On most NAD amps a pair of needle-nose pliers will pull the plastic bungs out easily.
