how to blent my REL Q150MK2 into my system

I just picked up a 2nd hand REL Q150E and want to set this up correctly.

I'm not new in home cinema, but i'm not very good in fine tunning stuf, i'm a bit def(no joke).

Can someone tell me were to listen to or setting all these buttons, and even witch line out 0 or 12 db?

Witch subwoofer cable i know juse a vd Hul the bay C5 4mtr.

Or any other importend things. room is about 5x5 mtr (17x17 feet)

I did set things up and running, but i hear the sub giving a little basstap when i use the volume control on the Onkyo, sounds like someone's walking upstairs.

Also i still don't know where all the buttons are for.

can someone please help, hope to watch (and listen) a film before xmas is gone!!!
