How much coffee or tea do you drink in a day?

Too much. I can't imagine my morning without a cup of espresso. Then a couple of cups at work. And in the evening at home sitting on a comfortable sofa. And don’t forget to go to cafes. Looks like it's already an addiction:sweatsmile:

I think I have been drinking too much coffee and tea again. Now going to limit my coffee intake to 4 cups a day and water x 3 glasses including what I drink with medication.

Only occasional cup of coffee (once every few days). And I cannot have coffee after 11am, otherwise I can't sleep well in the night!
I am starting to experience this too. I must be getting old. After say 3 pm I can’t drink tea or coffee. Or anything at all after 6pm.

Late to this topic. Two to three cups of tea between getting up in the morning and going to work (6am - 8am) Then I make up one of those contigo thermos mugs of tea. Finish that by 10am. Have another 2 of those at work. Probably have another 5 cups of tea between getting home from work and going to bed.

Probably your reflux, tea sometimes don’t taste good to me and I struggle to finish a cup because you get full quickly too.
Yes that makes a lot of sense. When I was younger, it was Tea almost every hour, all day. Your metabolism starts to going weird, when you start to age.
The best drink at night is Kefir, get the Polish one, it's more natural. 🙂

Not exactly a drink but a good meal to have if you suffer from reflux.
Try Turkish Cacık or Greek tzatziki - same thing.
A lot of their foods are the same but they call it their own but in truth most of it originated from the Levante in the Middle East.

Here's the ingredients if you're interested

2 cups plain yogurt - try get hold of Süzme or Greek yoghurt
10 mini cucumber or English cucumbers peeled and finely diced
1 tsp. salt, more or less to taste
4 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup fresh mint ( i prefer) or dill weed, finely chopped or 1 tsp. dried dill weed (also good)

Mix it all up in a bowl with a big salad spoon
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil or rapeseed oil (optional)

If you like it spicy hot, not good for reflux, is nice gives it a good kick; you can
¼ tsp. hot red pepper flakes or sweet paprika (optional)

Bon Aperitif 🙂

I drink quite a number of tea, which isn't good for you. For the last 2 years I've been drinking decaff tea & coffee not quite as nice but still very drinkable.

Haven't tried fruit teas though. The smell alone puts me off.
Every now and then I have my Earl Grey with a dab of milk. You should see my wife's collection of tea, orange fusion and Jasmine....UrghK!

I did go through a patch where I drank herbal/fruit teas after 16:00 I slept better but boy did I miss the nice strong flavour of regular tea.
