How much coffee or tea do you drink in a day?

It says something about coffee (to me at least) that a goodly percentage of those I know well had to force themselves to like it by drinking it and getting used to it - both my kids fall in that camp.

Seem to be plenty of people keeping all these coffee shops going. Never been in one myself and probably never will.

Too much. I can't imagine my morning without a cup of espresso. Then a couple of cups at work. And in the evening at home sitting on a comfortable sofa. And don’t forget to go to cafes. Looks like it's already an addiction

I think I have been drinking too much coffee and tea again. Now going to limit my coffee intake to 4 cups a day and water x 3 glasses including what I drink with medication.

2-3 cups of real filtered coffee brewed from Italian Mocha pot every morning. Afternoon and evening 1-2 cups of tea (teabag in a cup) and before bedtime, small class of kefir or orange/tomato juice.

That orange juice isn’t very good for your reflux.

I know, especially at night. Kefir helps your stomach, always recommend having a small glass full at night 🙂
