How do I connect Laptop to HDTV?

I have a Panasonic TX-P42U10B Plasma TV and a Dell Latitude D830 Laptop. Normally I would use SVGA cable but TV does not have an SVGA socket. My other thought was a DVI to HDMI cable, however the Laptop does not have DVI socket.

Is it possible to use a SVGA to DVI adapter on the Laptop, Then plug in a DVI to HDMI cable? Otherwise I think I might be able to use an Svideo cable but I highly doubtful of quality being decent.

Any ideas would be very grateful!!!!!

if this tv has a cable connection for (pc input) you need the correct cable but the audio will come from the laptop not the tv (that is a bit difficult)

You want something like this. Or much cheaper from here. Not sure what extra the Dabs version gets you...
