This just in from Five's department of FAQs and bad grammar:

We have still not scheduled Series 5 at this time. Please regularly check our listings.

To keep an eye out for when all new tv series are like to air, I have found the easiest way is to go to the "digitalspy" website, go the the tube talk section, then to the premier list page where they keep an up to date list of all major upcoming programs on all channels both UK made and US. (Unfortunately they don't currently list House.)
