Hitachi AX-M71 Connector Cable needed desperately

Hi everyone

i have lost my ribbon type connector cable
(goes from CD Playerto the AMP)

moved house and cant find the damn thing anywhere

anyone have one they are ditching or something?

Should be a universal fit as far as I know. Check with Hitachi, though.

I used to have that hi-fi, it makes a surprisingly decent amp in its own right, im just wondering (cus i cant remember rightly) if the audio inputs are on the bottom amp bit why not plug in a decent CD or DVD player into it and play your music though them, i used to do that anyway as the inbuilt cd player is terrible!

One downer is that, you can try and contact Hitachi as you may have some succes but as far as I know these hi-fi`s aren't really made by Hitachi. currys/dixons make the hi-fi and have paid (or bought rights) to use the Hitachi name.
