Very surprised no-one picked up on this: One of the 'other' major UK mags have reviewed NAD's top-dog rottweiler 'Class D' integrated amplifier - with full on built-in DACs and digital inputs. The reviewer described it, in so many words, breathtakingly and ruthlessly accurate and precise, that will make good recordings sound like 7th heaven, and potentiallly make poor recordings sound like hell - all on account of its accuracy. And no lie, go read up yourself, as far as he was concerned, this 5k machine is the best integrated amp he's ever heard. With the profileration of digital music formats this has got to be the future - and surely NAD will trickle down the technology to more affordable models.
