Firstly I know there are many topics discussing headphones but to be honest I just get lost in the talk.

I am after a set of in ears upto £100ish.
I have been looking at the momentums soundmagic Sonys share and basically bloody everything.
I have alot of experience with sennheiser having the 650 600 and hd25. Yes I love them all but doesn't mean I need to go that route if someone feels others are better.
I listen to trance house and techno so yes I want the low end to punch through but having an ear for decent sound then cheap phones really do sound cheap to me. I'm not an audio perfectionist but feel I can get something decent for 100 unless u disagree.

I've read good and bad with the momentums, the bad being the quality of the product but the sound being decent. I don't see much said about the dunu titans on here but hear good things.

What do u guys suggest. I want a clean sound not to harsh with a decent low end punch. Quality is important but I always look after my gear and won't be thrown around day by day.

Please help me with this choice. Thanks. Mike.

I found this post detailing some in-ears suitability for trance music, but all three models are well outside your budget.

This post seems to recommend the IE80s, but even they are double your budget.

Hopefully Dale Thorn may spot your post, and be able to suggest a model for you.

Cannot help regards trance music but my best advice is always to go with someone who's been making them for years, i.e. Senheisser or Shure.

Thanks - my feeling is that I wouldn't want anything that's very bright or crisply detailed. I had a Thinksound 'Rain2' earphone that I really liked, it being a woodie. There are other brands and models, but that's where I would start looking. Most of the problems people have with in-ears is due to an imperfect fit with the eartips. Some people can go through several sizes and brands of eartips and never find one that seals well enough to get the proper bass and warmth.
