Help with EAC and Accuraterip

I copy using wav on EAC program and Accuraterip but have problems with some tracks on cd's not getting copied. It starts to copy and then informs me of an error on that track but can not get the error corrected and after some time it just stops ripping that track so I have to stop that track and carry on to the next.One of the discs is Billy Joel - The Piano Man Greatest Hits Album tracks 5, 15 and 16 to name but one of the albums.

Plese help me.

I first noticed this when ripping with EAC, it was a friends CD but then noticed that the particular CD was damaged ie scratched on some tracks and thereby causing the problem, it might be worth checking the surface.....

Might be worth going into settings and look what error checking is set up, C2 errors etc.
