HELP WANTED WITH SAMSUNG UE40B7000

I have just bought a new Samsung UE40B7000 and could do with some help/tips on setting it up to give the best possible picture etc.

I am running it with Sony BD360 Blu-Ray & SKY.

use a thx optimizer disc to setup your tv. You sometimes get it with certain dvds
