HELP! Connecting surround sound to TiVo, Xbox and Samsung 6400

Please can someone let me know to connect up the following kit? I'm having real issues getting it to work again. I've got;

samsung H6400

tivo box - Cisco ct 8620

xbox 360

sony STR KS1100

any help is gratefully received!
