Help choosing new speakers.

I had a pair of 792s and they were OK but nothing special at all - certainly not competitive against the B&W 600 series or the KEF Q series. Not heard the floorstanding versions but I'd suggest careful auditioning before plumping for a pair.

If you're in Denmark then SURELY you must try some Dynaudio speakers?

I can buy a pair of used Dynaudio Excite 12 incl. stands for around 500£. But im not sure if thats smart, when i can get a pair of RX6's for the same price, and they have only played 5-10 hours.

I'd be willing to bet the Dynaudio's sound miles better than the RX6s, especially given you have a small room.

If i up my budget to 1000£, will i then be able to get much better speakers?
