Headphone DAC for Samsung TV

Hi, I have a set of Grado SR125 headphones which I did use to listen to my TV connected to Marantz SR6011 amp.
I no longer have the amp and just received Sonos Arc and sub.
My Samsung TV has an optical output which I don’t use, the TV will connect to the soundbar by HDMI.
So I’m looking for a cheap DAC that I can connect to optical output of the TV and plug my Grado’s to for listening to the TV.
Loads of different ones on Amazon and eBay.
Looking to spend around £50.

Anyone think this would be ok

I think it would be.
3 different digital inputs - so you could also connect the digital outputs of CD / DVD deck, as well as USB out of a PC
Tone controls if you need them too.

At that discounted price, it would have to sound bad to be anything other than a bargain 👍

Personally id just get a cheap pair of Bluetooth headphones, if your tv outputs Bluetooth, but knowing Samsung it should
